Terms of Service

1. About Storix

Storix is an eCommerce platform operated by Vizrex Software Solutions ("Storix", "we", "us") that lets businesses ("merchants", "you") create and run their own online stores, manage products and orders, and list their business in the public Storix directory. By creating an account or using Storix, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a working email address and WhatsApp number, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and to sell the products you list. One person or business may not create accounts to abuse trials, promotions, or platform limits.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

Storix is offered on subscription plans with the features, limits, and prices shown on our pricing page. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription only when you choose a plan. If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, your store may enter a grace period and can be suspended until payment is settled. Plan changes take effect according to the upgrade and downgrade rules shown in your billing area. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

4. Your store and your customers

Your store is your business. You are the seller of record for everything sold through your store: you are responsible for your product listings, prices, taxes, order fulfilment, deliveries, returns, refunds, and customer service. Storix is not a party to the sale between you and your buyers and does not guarantee buyer payment, including cash-on-delivery settlement. Payment methods currently supported (such as cash on delivery and bank transfer) are arrangements between you and your buyers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Storix to sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or dangerous goods; to run scams or misleading offers; to infringe intellectual property; or to send spam. You may not attempt to breach, overload, or reverse engineer the platform. We may remove content or suspend stores that break these rules or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload — product photos, descriptions, logos, and store branding. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content in order to run your store, operate the platform, and, where you opt in, show your business in the Storix directory. The Storix name, logo, software, and platform design remain our property.

7. Directory listings

Business directory listings are provided as a discovery service. A listing does not mean Storix has verified, endorsed, or certified a business. We may edit, decline, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these terms.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Storix available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime. Support is provided through the channels listed on our contact page.

9. Termination and offboarding

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area; your store remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or create legal risk. After termination, we provide a reasonable window to export your data using the platform's export tools before it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Storix is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and law evolve. For material changes we will give notice through the platform or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Storix after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes. Questions about these terms? Reach us via the contact page.
